Fleas are a five-piece alternative punk band from Suffolk based in Bury St. Edmunds. All of the members met and became friends when studying music at West Suffolk College and started the band after a couple of the members covered Slaves’ “Where's Your Car Debbie?” for a class assignment. Sharing similar tastes in music, the members of Fleas began toying with ideas for their songs before landing on an aggressive yet versatile sound. Known for their energetic and raw live shows, Fleas have been honing their craft since 2018 and have received praise from BBC Introducing after being named “ones to watch in 2022”.
